How can I delete my user account?
To delete your account please contact our Support Team at support@musixcard.de. A confirmation E-mail will be sent to you after account deactivation occurs.

What is the minimum order quantity of musiXcard?
The minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces. Orders with over 5,000 pieces can be subject to discounts. Please contact us directly at order@musixcard.de to receive a personalized offer.
How long will it take to receive my musiXcard?
Usually we delivery within 2 weeks.
Is it free and legal to use the collected E-mail addresses for E-mail marketing?
Yes. A user that redeems musiXcard, agrees for the use of his E-mail addresses (Opt in). He consents to receive further information from the author of musiXcard. The user can cancel this agreement at any time within our system. For musiXcard customers the use of the Mailer Tool is free and can be managed within the login area "Mailer".
What to do if any download error occurs?
Should the download be interrupted at any time e.g. if your Internet connection fails or for other reasons just contact our 24/7 customer support. You will immediately receive a new musiXcode so you can successfully download your requested files.

What kind of file formats can I upload on musiXcard?
Basically you can upload all usual file formats, like PDF, JPEG, MP3, MOV etc. Our intelligent system recognizes all file formats automatically.

What format to use for the front cover?
The musiXcard front cover must have the following format : 1742 x 1122 pixels as JPG, GIF or PNG file.

Can I design myself also the back cover?
For now we offer six different back cover templates with several colors you can select from. Of course you can also upload your own back cover. In this case certain fields like the scratch code field are mandatory.

What is a widget?
A widget is a small application that will merge with another application (e.g. your homepage or MySpace personal site). It is not a standalone application but a graphic user interface that will be merged with the individual design of your musiXcard. With this widget your users can redeem their musiXcodes on your own web page.

How do I insert a widget on my web page?
Just click on "My Widgets" within your login area on www.musixcard.de. There you'll find the appropriate HTML-code to integrate your personal musiXcard widget. Thanks to our One-Click Widget-Function you can for example insert the widget very simply on your Facebook or MySpace profile without any HTML knowledge.
